Clark is located at (39.280154, -92.343538)[3]. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.52 km2), all of it land.
As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 275 people, 103 households, and 71 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,176.0 people per square mile (461.6/km²). There were 117 housing units at an average density of 500.3 per square mile (196.4/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 97.82% White, 0.36% Native American, and 1.82% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.09% of the population.
There were 103 households out of which 37.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 59.2% were married couples living together, 8.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.1% were non-families. 27.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.67 and the average family size was 3.22.
